Thumbs up for Lee Precision case trimming system

Just a bit of praise for the Lee case trimming system after running some cases through with it last night for the first time...

I've used the regular turn handle trimmers before and thought they were fine enough at the time...

Same for the powered ones... Easier on the wrist but slow as.

Used a mates Lee trimmer with a hand power drill last night for the first time and loved it.

So much faster than the regular hand trimmers and the two bits you need are only $30 for the pair and you're ready to go. Fraction of the price of the normal manual trimmers...

I was off to buy an RCBS trimmer this week but am canning that idea now.

Getting myself the Lee ones now for my calibres instead and recommend others try them too.

Good shooting.

The only thing I don't like about their case trimmers is the handle (if you can call it that) for the trimming blades and measuring rod is way to small.

It's a nub, not a handle. Needs to be bigger, my hands cramp up holding the thing after trimming for a little while.
What is this "too many rifles" you speak of?

There is a better handle you can get for the 'nub' bit. It's on here somewhere if you do a search.

Thanks inervate,

The handle idea is a winner.

I ended up making a ghetto one, not the nice wood handle, but it makes the job easier.
