PTA question

Post by Diddums » 23 Jun 2018, 10:00 pm

I have a CAT A rimfire permit coming but I don't want to get another rimfire rifle.
I doubt I can but am I able to use a PTA for a CAT A firearm for any CAT A firearm (i.e. a shotgun) even though I put in for a rimfire.

I dont really see why not. Ring them up, I changed the dealer on my PTA in like a minute with them. I dont see why changing calibers and action would be much different.

Thanks for the replies.
I rang the registry today and you can change between the same catagory.

So my CAT A rimfire PTA can be used for a shotgun or different CAT A firearm.
