does anyone know the maximum magazine capacity for a repeating centrefire rifle here in WA?

Yes. You can get a .223 mag that takes 50000000000000000 rounds if you can find one.

I also doubt you would.

The only Category A/B firearm that has a capacity limit in WA is a lever action shotgun (5 rounds.) Everything else, including straight pull shotguns, can be whatever mag capacity you want.
