License for triple barrel shotgun

I must be missing something obvious here. I see things like the Akkar Churchill advertised all around but I'm not seeing the license category for these.

Is it just category B License for triple barrel shotguns? Right?

I can't see any reason it wouldn't be CatA, like all break-action guns.

You could possible make a 3 round moon clip like what they use for revolvers.
