Anyone got a printable NSW PTA form?

The one on the police website doesn't seem to allow me to print it?

Pretty sure you cannot Print a PTA, the link you show is a sample PTA only.

Either pick some up from your LGS or get FAR to post them to you.

Don't even Photocopy a PTA as they will reject it. Has something to do with the way they scan all forms for their records.

last ones i printed with no drama's. oh well, i'll just have to go down to the LGS (always a concern as i'll end up ordering more than i can afford! lol)

Busy this way with creatures being born.

You may have been lucky printing one but I wouldn't risk the time lost, they take long enough as it is. Last one's I got a few months ago were one week.

Get someone else to pick them up, save you spending loot.

See it says 'secured' in the menu bar when you open it?

It's been saved so you can't print it. Completely stupid....

Mind boggling.

Supply a form you can't fill out online and can't print.

Either blatantly trying to stop law abiding citizens getting their license as is their right. Or we have idiots running the show.

Best way look around work find the 2 sided copier most places have 1 .
25 forms at once all copied not had 1 returned

Here is a NSW PTA form. It will need to be printed double sided. It has been accepted for me so far.
