Shooting nationally with QLD license

Post by Antie » 29 Oct 2013, 2:17 pm

Hi guys,

I have my shooters licensing issued in Queensland.

I do a bit of travel and might like to have a hunt or shoot at a range with a mate or family interstate.

Is your license valid nationally? Or state by state?

Cheers.

You can't go nation wide stupidly

There are some agreements in place. I think for example that in QLD, VIC, NSW shooters can freely go interstate with their respective licenses and it's all good.

For WA though you definitely can not go in with a NSW license.

Don't know about SA or NT in the middle.
