Victoria prohibited person duration?

Hello guys,

A friend of mine is interested in shooting but due to a little trouble in the past he's a prohibited person at the moment.

Only minor stuff but enough.

I searched the Vic Police licensing and regulation page but couldn't find the answer.

Anyone know how long that lasts?
