Licence renewal-dated firearms list?

I'm currently going through the process of renewing my Victorian firearms licence and at the bottom of the renewal application form it states the following: "Return your renewal application, attach evidence for each reason on your licence and updated, signed and dated firearms list"

This is my first time renewing my licence, so I apologize if the answer to my question is blatantly obvious, but what actually is the firearms list? I don't remember handing one up when I applied for my licence. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When you got your renewal it should have had a form listing your current firearms, as well as an update form. Both of them have to be signed and returned with your renewal. If you don't own any firearms, you should at least have got the update form.

Just renewing mine now. No1 is spoton
About two weeks after they get it you will get another notice in the mail.
Pay the money, I used bpay, then take the notice , photo ID and receipt to one of the offices on the list included to get a new mug shot.

Easy peasy.

Don't all you blokes just say "hunting" on your license and it's a done deal?

Yep, or a letter from a farmer, for me it was game licence.
