Hey, selling a couple hundred spent cartridges interstate, can I post it either aus post. The primers are still in but have been used.

Going from Vic to NSW

As long as they're not going to WA they're fine. If they are going to WA you will need to see evidence of a licence for that cartridge.

Assuming this was meant for me, "they" would be the empty brass he's sending.
WA requires a firearms licence to possess ammunition components, so supplying brass to an unlicenced person is an offence.

I've sent spent brass no worries. Qld to NSW and ACT to a few places. Just box it up and post it. Dont tell the post office staff what it is or they'll have a heart attack. As long is its not pokwder, primers or loaded ammo its safe to go.
