Hand guards loosening under recoil

Morning all

I have a little cheapy SxS coach gun that under recoil the hand guard locking latch starts to come loose. Sometimes resulting in it dislodging.

I've looked at it and it seems like the latch areas just need a bit of trimming and polishing, anyone else experienced similar. Its only a cheap Turkish gun so i'm not expecting a refined finish but just looking to get it a tad more reliable.

I’ve got a cheapy Turkish coach gun as well I’ve put hundreds of shells through it with no problems. It’s a lucky dip with the Turk guns.
