I had a 12g single barrel at that age that I use to shoot. Given how much that thing kicked it would be considered child abuse these day. :lol:

Why isn't a single shot 410 the gun for it? it would be my pick for a 12 year old to learn the basics and see if they like it.

Or just get a Rossi/Taurus Circuit Judge in .45 long colt/ .410g that are available in Australia.

It was just a really small gun, actually had a bit of boot too because it was so light, and I’m after an under and over now.
I had another look at the Yildiz in 28g on Friday. I think that’s what I’m going to go for.

I had a piece of s**t 12 gauge double external hammers that used to fire if i sneezed and kick like a horse.
Good way to learn gun safety.
