Anyone know if there are barrel extensions available in Australia? I've found some in the US but can't import them.

No idea, but considering the price, do you know a machine shop or somebody with a lathe that can make it for you?

and for the anti croud, it helps with rapid fire capability, higher tube capacity, new technology, military appearance and all that stuff.

I would assume they would handle any commercial load unless otherwise specified, but I would suggest asking them direct. You would also want to confirm they offer it in a choke thread that fits your barrel.

I did see that it said .410 but it looks far too wide to be a six-inch .410 extension, to my eye at least.
Shotgun barrels have very thin walls anyway.

I don't think longer barrels offer significant ballistic advantages in shotguns as they burn relatively small charges of very fast powders at very low pressures, half the pressure of .22LR.
