No,its not some sort of kinky fetish involving ropes and bosoms, its a method of applying choke to a cylinder bore shotgun barrel WITHOUT decreasing the end of the barrels diameter. Mostly used in muzzleloader shotguns, it seems relatively common in the states. Question is,does anyone know of anyone who does it in Australia?

I had never heard of it, so I googled it.

Don't do that.

Thanks for the tip, I was about to do just that :-)
Never heard of it and can't think how it might work.
Ovalling the muzzle is something I'd love to try one day.

Its only centuries old. Instead of constricting the shot column by narrowing the barrel end, they create an " expansion chamber " an inch or so in from the muzzle so the shot can expand out a little then be constricted by the normal size muzzle. It gives a choke effect on the shot while still allowing the gun to fire ball and be loaded with the normal amount of ease.

Interesting idea. Can it be done to the original barrel or is it an extension?
