G'day Luey1976,
Gardone VT does not form part of the guns description, it is the town, Gardone Val Trompia, in the province of Brescia, where Beretta is located. Your gun is a 409, aka Silver Hawk, and has the post-1950 Gardone Brescia Proof marks, Circled Star / PSF initial proof and Circled Star / FINITO final proof, also the makers mark Crown / PB for Pietro Beretta. To find the year, we will need to see clear markings on the barrel flats, it will more than likely be a Roman numeral like XXI for 1965 etc.
PS: The mark for 1951 is VII
