Lever Release and Push Button Shotgun changes NSW

At this point it is the Sulan Arms Tacsoras that is the firearms affected in NSW due to appearance based legislation.
Cat D only now and they are calling it a Military Self-Loading Shotgun

Funnily enough I am trying to buy a genuine Military Shotgun, I wonder how it passed "appearance".

they don't like the Tacsoras because it looks like the Benelli M4....hence the appearance laws...

They don’t like it because some retard had his gunsmith turn one into a semi auto and then told everyone about it.

Said retard likely lost his license and guns for that.

Isn't this because of that d**khead who had his Tacsoras modified to semi auto by a local gunsmith and then put in a PTA for it to be classified as a Cat D firearm on his licence. Thus falling into the classification of a military self loading shotgun because of its Benelli M4 platform?
Not sure what that spud expected when he did that....

What are the actual changes?
Have a link to a press release or something? Would love to know what garbage they're trying to spin now...

wow...

I got the details from my local gun shop who heard about the ban and tried to push through a couple of purchases on the supplied PTA's and were told they couldn't be processed due to the reason stated, also MOA Contract Shooting have also posted about it on their page.
