Pardus LAX12 lever screw

G'day folks,

I've purchased a secondhand Pardus LAX12 but when it was posted it was disassembled in a funny way. Long story short it's missing the small shoulder screw that attaches the lever to the action bar. Rebel gun works sells a screw kit but they're out of stock for the foreseeable future. Does anyone have one they can measure up so that I can find a replacement off the shelf or mill my own up?
