Hey guys just got back from the gun shop had a feel of a few guns the Akkar Churchill , ata 686 and the webley 912 . Ata seemed light and abit flimsy in the font stock part Akkar didn't come to eye all that well but the webley felt good and looked and felt well built has any of you guys had experience with them I caint find any bad reviews about them so that's good also the bloke at the store reckons he sells heaps of them and has only had one back so might be putting a deposit on one this week I think . Any feed back on them will be appreciated cheers guys

Is the 912 the entry level W&S ?

A ( gunsmith ) friend has recently bought a Turkish made W&S SxS and can't stop singing it's praises.
He has taken it apart and says the finish and fit is excellent.

P.S. The gun cost him about 3 grand.
I suspect it AIN'T the entry level sort of firearm you're looking at, Jake.

$850 ?

FFS ....

How could one go past that ?

P.S. If my memory is still my friend ...

The W&S is made in the same factory as the Kimber and Dickinson shotguns.

Top notch stuff ....

Yeah they look the goods Winchester I was reading they have new owners now who are trying to restore the quality that was once accoisiated with the name and they reckon the new breed of shotguns are right up there so sounds good , what are some brands of ammo to get ? Or are shotguns like rifles n like some ammo brands n types better then others

Me and a mate have had ours for a year with no problems another mate has had he's for 5 years now there's a bit of rust on the outside of the barrels but he dose not look after it and had an ejector replaced at the 3 year mark another mate has had he's 4 years and it still looks new as he looks after it and we all got them from gun emporium
