Do any of you shoot with ATA Over under shotguns, and if so, what is your take on them?

Haven't actually used one of their o/u, but am waiting to purchase one of their other models.
After inspecting one I was impressed.
Seemed pretty damm good value for the $ amount.

They are cheap as chips for what you are getting.

A few fellas shoot 'em at the various clubs I attend.

Have never heard of a problem.

Not as fancy as all that, but the lad has just put a deposit on a 686 from ATA.

A week or two to have it in the safe and we'll see how it goes.

I had an ATA SE for about 3 years and sold it to upgrade. Wish I hadn't sold it. Was an awesome gun and had many, many rounds through it with no issues.

What aspect of it did you think needed upgrading at the time?

Peer group pressure! The crowd I hunt with snub their noses at Turkish made guns, but I will definitely get another one some day and leave the name brand guns in the safe. I shot it really well, didn't care about scratches because of the cost and it was reliable - didn't have a single issue with it. Dare I say more reliable than some Italian made shotguns I've owned. But let's not go there.
