Class C for triple barrel / combo shotgun

Hi,

I'm looking at the new Akkar 3 triple barrel shotgun that NIOA are distributing now.

I vaguely remember reading something ages about on a double barrel shotgun + centre fire rifle combo when it was announced that they make have been category C license FA's?

I couldn't find anything further on it. Does anyone know if a tri-barrel still falls under Cat B license, or did it go to Cat C :(

Hmm, haven't heard of a standard tri-barrel being Category C.

Tough to miss that usually when they advertise the stuff.

Same, never seem it.

Any time someone advertises Cat C or D firearms it's always plastered all over it so they don't waste their time with calls from people who can't buy them.

I read the same thing on another forum about a year ago or something when a new combo came out.

I think it was people stressing and getting ahead of themselves for no good reason and it turned out not to be the case.
