Coach Gun recommendations

I'm looking at getting a coach gun soon, but it must be able to be 'broken' down to be able to fit inside a backpack, as I plan on using it on 2 nighter trips.

Does anyone rate the Stoeger Deluxe?

I made mine out of an old Stevens 311 I bought ten years ago for $100. Cut it down to 18" barrels reshaped the forend shortened the stock a bit added a pachmyer pad and refinished the stock. Works well except for the damn spring back that half closes the action by itself. I like the look of the akkar churchills though plus they have screw in chokes. Virtually any sxs shotgun can be broken down .

The doubles are, the bently pumps are from the Philippines though I think.

Those are two different companies I found out when researching :)

Honestly the crappy Brazilian shottys work and you won't care if you scratch em up or damage them.

I just love my stoeger 20" coach gun, it's the best bet bang for bucks I've ever bought.

It's endured over a thousand rounds, mostly hunting in all conditions.

The stoeger gets the big yes from me.
