It's called the six12. A 12 gauge SBS with a built in Silencerco Salvo12 suppressor. The cylinders drop like mags for quick swaps. It was featured at shot show last year

Now that is an interesting design. I find the bullpup feature intriguing and wonder how they handle the cylinder to barrel gap and the associated hot gasses. I love the short barrel but that feature would make it a Class Three firearm here in the USA :( . I have fired the Taurus Judge handgun in 45Colt/.410 shotgun revolver and they are, pun intended, a blast. There is also a 45Colt/.410 revolving rifle/shotgun that is sold under the Rossi banner.
I've been asked: "How many guns do you need to have?" My answer remains the same: "One more."

Looks like something from the 5th Element!

A 12g cartridge venting gasses from a revolver chamber next to my face doesn't sound all that appealing!??!

Looks like a similar concept to the jackhammer. The barrel is spring loaded and has a slight beveled taper on the breech end. It recesses back into the mag cylinder and forms a gas seal.

The Russians made a more normal style revolving shotgun that's meant to be OK

The AA12 is a very impressive bit of machinery, my all time "wish I had one" gun.
