Anyone very owner a lever action IAC Shotgun?

Double barrel, side by side, over-under, semi-automatic, straight-pull and lever action shotguns.

So they seem to be going pretty cheap but I’ve heard they are pretty rough?

I own a JW-15 and while the machining isn’t perfect it’s still a bomb proof gun and hasn’t ever failed on me.

So just looking for an opinion on folks that have owned one before.

I have IAC 87, can't really complain. To all honesty most lever action guns are rough until worked out or smoothed a bit. I smoothed all me levers - disassembled and polished internally, in some cases replaced internal springs.

One of this forum members tried my IAC 87, he seemed happy with his experience.

Was it’s hard to pull apart and put together?

Not really, YouTube comes handy, mine didn't require much work, just a tiny bit of smoothing, otherwise it was just good and pleasant to handle. Much smoother than Adler.

I had one. It was awesome. Shat all over and Adler straight from the box. Only thing I've tried better is a chiappa version which is slick as greased goose s**t.

From limited experience of putting a couple through Drbolsens model, can confirm, very smooth to operate. Sort of comparable to Henry Goldenboy 22LR lever cycling, hope that makes sense. Feels kind of like that.
