220 Swift or 22-250?

Which of these cartridges is best in terms of:

1. Velocity
2. Accuracy
3. Efficiency
4. Cost to run

Well in real world results and costs .. 22-250 BUT I want to build a 220 swift, personally I think they are the bomb

1. Velocity - Swift burns more powder, marginally faster with 20fps - 150fps more depending on the load. Marginal difference really.

2. Accuracy - Same range of bullet weights, with tuned hand loads should be the same in either rifle.

3. Efficiency - 22-250 burns less powder for very similar results.

4. Cost to run - 22-250's definitely easier to find ammo for.
