1:9 twist rate - 55gr .223 Rem

hey guys,
just want to know if 55grn factory ammo will fire ok in a remington 700 sps tactical 223 with a 1:9 twist rate, or is it to light a grn?
am i better getting a 1:12 twist rate varmint ?

Should be good for 50Grn-75Grn,I kinda wanted the 1:8 for my Tikka but a 1:12 came along at the right price and I do love it. Anything heavier than 60Grns and I reach for a real rifle the Tikka 6.5 :o :lol: ;)

My 1:9 twist 5R shoots everything from 50gr to 75gr.
CZ452 22lr | Remington 5R Milspec in .223 | Tikka Hunter in 300wsm | Ruger Scout in .308
