if you like the 308 it will do what ever you want it to do and if you can hand load you can tailer loads to shooot as flat as you want dont dout your gun have fun go shooting and hunting

It's not the recoil so much as the breech exploding that would get you :lol:

I prefer the .204-416 Barrett myself. Better bullet weight. :D
