Here we can buy 500 for around $150-00

Thats a good price, I thinki might need to ask my lgs to sharpen thier pencil.

But can you be bothered chasing the empties, sitting down and actually reloading?

I am over it, cost is no issue as I am supplied but locally I have seen it for 35-40 cents a round in bulk.

50/50 really, both have their pluses, if I had to choose it would be the .223 but damn I would miss the little fella as it is a fun calibre to just go out and shoot.

If you don't like doing it that's understandable. It can be a pain.

If it's a hobby you like and it saves you a buck at the same time, great.

Not saying one way is best.
