Sako ammunition still not available

Post by Seconds » 07 Nov 2013, 7:57 am

Anyone know of anywhere stocking Sako ammunition yet?

Seems it's been coming for months but my 3 local stores still have nothing.

Just keen to give it a try... Anyone know of any sellers yet :?:

I think I saw an announcement advert in the Shooters magazine 3-4 months ago suggesting it was available now.

Not that I've been checking, but I haven't noticed any in store myself either.

Meh?

Why not just hand load?

Better, cheaper, available right now...

My local has just got this on the first time now that I've seen.

And I'm in there every 2-3 weeks.

I tried some years ago in my 222, shot like crap  a bloody dinner plate was safe at 50m :D Actually it was for that reason I started reloading, bloody glad I bought it now.

I'm still using the brass some 30+yrs later!

I noticed the LGS had a few boxes last time I was in there. Can't recall which cartridges though.

Eeeh.

For people who think money = quality IMO.

There is plenty of perfectly fine ammo that will be cheaper.

Wouldn't be worth you shipping interstate but FYI I was at Abelas in Melbourne here on the weekend and they had a few boxes.

So it's here at least.

Maybe try their Sydney store now.
