He does good work. Been watching his videos for long time. Also the C&Rsenal channel.

I'm not a gunsmith myself but I know some, quite intimately, and some of the frustrations Mark vents are so on-point it's hilarious. Customers are indeed fickle beasts, especially in this day. I really try hard to be respectful, patient and empathetic - they are not miracle workers. Customers need to remember that.
At what point does lack of maintenance become patina?
