Kidd barrel

I’m thinking about swapping out the factory pencil barrel on my 10/22 for a heavy short barrel.
Apparently Kidd seem to be the go. Plenty of other 10/22 Kidd upgrades available too. Anyone used one of their barrels? Are they worth upgrading to?

Na. Shop is in north eastern Vic, seem to be the only seller I can find. Tried to get onto them today with no luck.
That Brissy shop don’t sell them.
