So decided with all the Covid 19 crud and inability to go out and have a plink to do some gun related work/maintenance I had wanted to do a bedding job on the 222 after getting the rifle done and cerakoted. Just thought id throw a thread up for those that may be interested or tossing up the idea of giving a rifle bedding job a go.
Test
The previous owner of the rifle had bedded the rifle however i don't know what he had used and after a little inspection and deliberation decided to start again. The rifle has shot well after the barrel was replaced By Alan Swan Gunsmiting. The rifle was fortunate enough to provide me with my first Red deer at a distance of roughly 150m.
Whilst my groups have always been around the 3/4 to half inch groupings @ 100m I figured what do i have to loose.
