Where's the cheapest place in Melbourne to have my barrel threaded?
It's a Howa 308

I probably wouldn't look for the cheapest, even the most expensive shouldn't be all that expensive.

I'd have to agree with Blade there.

It's a pretty basic procedure for a smith, my local smith wanted $50 for it around 10 years ago, that included a threaded and knurled cap.
