Got a Mod70 featherweight in .270 that I'm thinking of having the bolt handle and the floorplate cerakoted on. anyone done similar and can share results? just looking for better protection on these high wear areas.

Not for the bottom plate,,,,,,, but I regularly use satin black electrical shrink tube on my bolt handles. (easily removed if need be )

I have in the past also put "good quality" 2" wide grey duct tape on floor plates and then carefully trimmed the edges with a scalpel or stanley.
And when it gets damaged or eventually peels,, just re do it.

I do not fear death itself... Only its inopportune timing!
I've come to realize that,,,,, the two most loving, loyal, and trustworthy females in my entire life were both canines.
