drill and tapping ZKK 600

I am about to pick up my (new to me) Bruno ZKK 600 in 270 Winchester and would like to get it drilled and tapped for a picatinny or weaver rail. I am looking for suggestions on who could do this for me. I am tempted to have a go myself as I am a fitter and turner that is more the proficient with a milling machine. thanks in advance. Ps I live in SW Victoria so I would prefer a gunsmith near me.
