There are CAD files online for many guns, try google for those who are interested.

The Americans are allowed to make their own if they are allowed to have a gun.

I can see this guy getting crucified as an example for this if/when they catch him.

There must be some branch of the fuzz after him over there.

If only to "have a word" with him.

What's the big deal? Any machinist with a lathe and milling machine can make a gun. This just makes it somewhat easier

That's their worry. (I stress their and not my).

What could previously only be done in a professional workshop will now be done "in peoples basements".

Same thing they've been saying for years now and their hasn't been an incident.

I'm starting to get the itch for a 3D printer.

Lots of ideas rolling around in the noggin now.

When you can get a half decent one for about $500 I'm going to give one a go.

Ditto, no interest in doing it for guns.

For bit around the house, the car etc. being able to pop out custom brackets and accessories though is going to be great.

Every man-cave is going to need one.

If you are not a convicted felon you are allowed to make your own gun in the USA provided you are not making it to sell and it is for your own use.

I dunno if that will stop them trying, I suspect they'll come up with something to cause the guy some grief if they can.

Maybe call me a pessimist but that's what I'm thinking.

So I heard mate, lol gotta love their freedom ... they actually know what the word means, even if their government is trying to change it's definition.

States like California,New York,Massachusetts,Connecticut have much tougher laws,No assault rifles, magazine limits, etc at least they can take it to court when enough people get pissed off.

As the 2A says, the right to bear and keep arms shall not be infringed, as my friend points out to the gun grabbers over there any law is an infringement on their rights.

Some of my friends are in stunned a good old fashioned slingshot made with surgical tubing is banned here, i bought one for about $5 in Kmart in Florida

If only we had something like the second amendment to call on for this.
