Seeking the following dimensions and photos for a Sako Riihimaki/L46 stock with single stack magazine in .222

Action inlet width, at widest point, adjacent rear of bolt handle;

Width and, outside depth of bolt handle recess;

Distance from rear of bolt handle recess to rear of ejector port recess, and rear of bolt handle recess to front of ejector port recess;

Also require photos of rear left hand side of inlet from these approx angles;

Or if someone in the Central Queensland area (I'm willing to travel a couple of hours from Rocky) who has a stock and wouldn't mind me borrowing it to copy the inlet, it would be muchly appreciated.
Thanks

Obviously, if I did, I would, but I don't, so I can't, and the so the above query remains.

Sorry mate, no.

I have a few of the old sako manuals or whatever you call them including the L46 but it just has the exploded diagram. No dimensions for the action or inletting :(

Good luck.

Thanks Grated, I also have the exploded diagram of the L46, also have a stock for a early L461 with double stack internal mag, and although the actions look similar above the timber, the inlets are totally different.

I wonder if you can get the dimensions from Boyds or a stock maker for their stock that they make for the action?

Send a few emails out to the stock makers?

If you managed to get a manual with the specs or whatever we can host and share it here for future reference.

If you're able to share you could email to mail at enoughgun dot com and we'll post it.

No manual or such Monty, just a member of another forum who was kind enough to pull his stock and take the measurements and photos I needed. If anyone is interested, these are the measurements;

For those who don't read signature lines, I am a stock maker, all be it only at a hobbyist level (in other words I don't make a living from it). I have a pantograph router that I use to duplicate stocks. Mainly interested in duplicating stocks for those people who want to replace their old, busted up (the stock above was received in three pieces, with some missing, the parts built up in filler that i needed the info on) or synthetic stocks with one made to the same original design. I do however, have a couple of left handed thumbhole stock designs that can be inletted for most barreled actions, as well as a couple of TactiKool stock designs that again can be inletted for most barreled actions. The material I prefer to use is laminated Bamboo, although people are welcome to supply their own blanks.
A pantograph router is a manually controlled and operated router that requires a template, in this case a stock, to copy. These copies are then handed finished (sanded) and either oiled or coated with a armor rubber or given a swirl camo finish.

Thanks
