Cleaning action and chamber of a centrefire

Just wondering what is the best way to clean the action and chamber of a centre fire bolt action rifle. Is there a special tool available. I was thinking a 12 bore mop might work. What do you guys use ?

This is the kit I use: http://www.sinclairintl.com/gun-cleanin ... 35492.aspx

You can clean the bolt raceways, area where your action lugs lock up as well as the chamber itself with that

I bought from Sinclair/Brownells in the states a while back. You'd probably get something similar over here. Maybe look at one of the online bench rest or precision reloading stores

Didn't buy a kit but more or less have what's pictured there.

Bottle brush, Q-Tips, tooth brush, clothe and the usual solvents and oils.

Bottle brush with a flat end to get into the corners at the barrel face (proper name?) is what I use.

There are, like the other guys though I've found a tooth brush and a bristled brush with a wire rod for a bit of flexibility does the job.
