I found this forum by accident while Googling around. I happen to be the engraver (and owner) of this particular CZ. Glad to see it has reached that far, I'm located in Estonia myself.

It's just "engrave it, fill the cuts with paint". I use Hammerite brand automotive paint, very durable stuff. US version of it is Rust-o-leum, I've no idea what it's called down under, though.
