Reamer rental

Hi does anyone know of anyone who rents chamber reamers in Australia or from the states to Australia.

I might add that the reamer would not be for me to use but rather for someone much more capable, who just doesn't have my oddball choices on his shelf!

Doubt it mate.

What are they, $150 - $250 depending on what you get?

They'd have to rent for cheap to make it worth while, occasionally people would break one or they wear then the next person who rents it screws a barrel and the lender is blamed.

All too hard I reckon.

You're stuck with buying I'm sure.

Have you considered buying the reamer and then selling it after it has served it's purpose?
Rental cost = buy price minus sell price.
A 'used once only' reamer should sell for a decent price unless it is a real oddball.

Sounds like a better option.

Buy, sell, use, lose a few buck in the middle should be all.

Be prepared for a significant wait on ordering reamers..... 6-8 weeks minimum.

Less even, looks like $100 to $130 US on Brownells.
