I'm no gunsmith by anymeans, but well lets start with why the pin was replaced? Have you measured the firing pin protrusion? Somethings not right its just a process of elimination

Yes its all to spec was replaced because it was not hitting primer.so put new pin .only thing left is to get a firing pin spring.but most people I know think its unlikely the spring .so that's were iam at

Did a gunsmith install and index the barrel? Seems a bit weird.

So you've put in a new pin and inspected the spring and bolt body for anything out of the ordinary?

Are you using factory ammo? And are the primer strikes consistant or different?

if it was shooting before the barrel swap i would take it to the gun smith and tell him it wont go bang if the fireing pin is right then the barrel nut might need more torq
if i remember right they have the same set up as the savage.

I agree. Either the gun smith didn't get the headspace right OR if you reload your resizing die is screwed in way too far.
