Thanks Marksman he is slowly mending he is hobbling around now after 12 mths
He misses the shooting and pigging but he realises he will never pig again but maybe we can get him target shooting
He was too active to do it before he couldn't sit in one place for too long without getting bored
this is a pic about 1mth before his accident on the hill in fog

he will really miss being full hands on but hes strong and may show a few more miraculous things can happen

I wasn't going to say anything but in 1986 I got caught in a machine and ended up with 3 breaks in my spine and 8 breaks in my pelvis
I was never supposed to walk again as well and didn't for 2 very long years, at times I go down and my lower half is like a rag doll
I am as active as I can be but it shows what can happen, I walk at my own pace now

Crikey Marksman you've been in the wars to by the sounds of it hope all is as good as can be mate
Yeah he had 13 breaks in his pelvis plus major shattering also both his bum cheek bones broke off his backbone and had a 1'' gap
between his backbone and cheek bones fixed with 4x3'' screws
One break in his backbone just below his shoulder blades , smashed knee ,broken foot and major mussel tearing in back and legs
and the list goes on
