Stock inletting service? Or get a shop to do it?

I wouldn't might having a go at shaping a stock myself, just doing the inlet might be a bit beyond me for now.

I wonder, a milling place or whatever the right one is must be able to drop a plank in their machine and cut it out right pretty easy.

Does anywhere do this people know of?

Or give a workshop some measurements of the action and they can plug it into their mill?

(I think a mill is the right machine for this)

I really don't have a good answer for you but if I were you I would give Cameron Hatcher a ring and see if he would do it for you

He is a top bloke and does quality work, I have one stock from him and would definitely buy another from him again

If you could give a shop very specific measurements someone would be able to do it for you.

I wonder if it wouldn't be cost prohibitive though.

You can always buy a few rough boards from Bunnings and get your practice in there first ;)
