There are listings there for (one) snap cap for $6-25 AU,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, PLUS $385-04 AU postage.

I wanted a 300mm long 11/32 deep hole drill from the US for a lathe project, and the drill was $32 US but postage was near $300. I messaged them, and they replied that's what it was, AI BS. And quoted me $23 AU to send to me.

Maybe in your case it's a real price, to discourage you from buying some gay thing you don't need.

I'd probably believe it at around 2010 when I was bringing in a lot of still chainsaw stuff from America I tried to get some stuff out of Canada and for 20 bars around the 20 to 25 inch Mark they wanted over a thousand dollars
