Any recommendations of .22 pistol magazine pouch?

It is so hard to find magazine pouch for my PPQ .22 pistol. I like the Tandemkross quick grip but it does not fit PPQ. Any recommendations?

Have you tried the generic elasticated ones?

If anyone tried to use single stack magazine pouch (e.g. 1911 pouch) with .22 magazine? The thickness seem quite close (1cm vs 1.27cm)

I use them for carrying other things, torches, pliers and such.
