Rechargeable LED Spotlight

G'day fellas, does anyone have any recommendations regarding a rechargeable LED Spotlight, that works well and is good quality, and of course not super expensive? Cheers.

I’ve got one of these OLights. It easily out shines the high beam of my Ute.

With all these LED Torches you have to read into the specs as they can be misleading.
For example a particular model may be advertised as being 4000 lm ( f##kn bright) but it may only do that for 90 seconds before it drops down to say, 800 lm.
The OLight I linked to is a $200, not cheap I know but the reason I went for it is because it can hold 1000 lm for quite a few hours. On top of that I was super impressed with my other OLight torch.

All I’ll say is that there are a lot of better brands for quality and value over Wolf eyes.
I bought a wolf eyes LED spot and sent it back after seeing how poorly it performed against some later model, cheaper (as in half price if WE) units.

G'day Stoney,
I use a Korr KT6 for work, it comes with a large Li-ion battery as well as a holder to use 3 AAA batteries ( a good back up). It is 1000L rated with a 3 hour run time at full beam, and 6 hours at low which is still a very usable power for walking around. It has proven to be very durable, and cost $95. They also make one with a red light which is a good game light, Cheers.

MM - can this unit be used directly from the 12v charge port?
When it’s on it’s own legs - how long does charge last - could you walk for an hour?

yes it comes with all the goodies including a 12v lead
it takes quite a while to charge the light the first time, the led charging light will change colour
and lasts for around 4 hours intermittent use
