Breakfree CLP 4

Hi to all,

Just wondering where to buy Breakfree CLP 4 ?

It is recommended in my user manual for Lithgow la102.

Cant seem to find it anywhere in Australia.

I’m pretty sure the Australian army used that on their rifles ( pre Styer). Dad used to rave about it. I have not heard that name for decades

We used CLP on Styer, Minimi, Mag 58, and everything else during my time.
I have CLP which I use on my rifles now. Get it from my local no worries. Not sure if it is #4. Just plain old CLP as far as I can tell.
Is the #4 something different?

Mate it is on the shelf in my local. I just checked their website but it isn’t listed, website not super. I thought this stuff was common.

Mate I reckon it was maybe $12 from memory.

Found some. Couldn’t find by itself however found it as a pack of two breakfree oils. The CLP plus the CO whatever that is.

The Australian army had gallons of the stuff 83-86 and the song got to break free from Queen came out about the same time so we would sing Ive got to get some break free from the Q store
