Changing handles on my numerous bullet molds has always been tedious but buying Lyman handles at $70 plus was not attractive.
So, I got stuck in and made dies to form the double offset handle frame in my hydraulic press. Now I can easily make my own mold handles that’ll fit any mold a Lyman handle will.

You'll have to bring some to Rankins Springs mate, make some up for sale perhaps?

Well, this insignificant little item that I made to fix my petty irritation has ummm....”escalated rapidly” but in a good way - I think lol

I’ll get to Rankin Springs on Friday about midday ish.
I posted this handle story on another US bullet casting page and it generated so much interest from...EVERYWHERE that its suddenly gone from making five handles for myself with no intention to sell them to getting quotes for laser cutting 200 halves to make a batch of 100 handles.
My head is spinning lol

Out of curiosity, what cost per set?
Am setting up for casting & have 10 moulds already with more needed. So more handles are needed.

This is become quite bizarre but in a good way:-) I never set out out make them for sale. I just wanted five more handles for myself.
Within hours of my first post I was getting enquires from all over the world asking if they were for sale!
Now I’m waiting on the first batch of laser cut frame parts but they shouldn’t be far away.
Handles will be $60 each posted to anywhere in Australia but for an order of several handles it’ll be $50 each with free postage.
PM me if you’re interested.

Good one Noisydad you providing something that was obviously lacking in the sport /past time and while a pain as these things can take too much time I hope you make a little coin out of it for the trouble.
