Hi,
I am having a bit of difficulty locating one of the above in Australia for sale, does anyone know where you can buy a new one?

Thanks Allan

I bought a set of GemPro 500 scales from Medshop. I think they were around $200 odd dollars + GST.
Hope that helps

I think medshop stopped selling the gempro. Also the 500 is not as accurate...aka 0.002g while the 300 is 0.001g.

Ok week technically neither is a very accurate scale... but the next step up in accuracy you are going closer to 1k aud

Me thinks you are right Serg. A good mate of mine who shoots F class has recently invested over $800 for a set of scales that really do maintain accuracy.
Brands like Ohaus come to mind. My Gempro 500 are quite accurate BUT to be honest I have stuck with my RCBS 10/10 scales.

Yeah, from the research I have been doing I agree with you both.

My suggestion keep an eye out you might get a used example for reasonable money. Or maybe you get really lucky and pickup an old and scientific scalescales by AND on eBay for cheap

Yes that’s what I was thinking, I have gone off the Gempro.

Saying that two things i have had to claim warranty on and the simplicity and quickness of the process blew my mind.

Gempro was one. And athlon Argos scope was the other.
