The Good Guy and Girl at Lowey Products

I had cause to complain about one of their products a few weeks ago. Tried to send them videos by email but that stumped us Troglodytes but they did not give up and in the end a still was requested.
That did it. Jason said he was going to make me a new one and I settled down in expectation of a two or three week wait.
You could not imagine my surprise when a casual check of the letter box revealed a Package addressed to me from Lowey Products. And in only a few days; no fanfare, no nothing but a nice new jobby.

I am very happy to say that it worked perfectly first time and I proceded to give it a thorough test. Their Service was Excellent

Good service is almost a thing from history. It's actually quite jarring when you experience it now.
