HI just a quick question :::: how dense do i have the foam in a hard gun case as the pull apart sucks.. :?:

Not real sure what you are asking but the foam in a hard gun case only needs to support the gun and most furniture type foam would do the job . Just use some medium density foam rubber from Clarke Rubber and cover the foam with some new cloth so no chemicals from the foam get onto the gun . New foam can smell and be still wet inside so put it out in the sun for a few days first . If it's hard to close the case cut the foam down using an electric bread knife .

I also use the medium density foam from Clarke Rubber, it's the stuff used in commercial camera storage cases so is perfect for firearms. It's way better than the cheap pull-apart cube structure stuff that most cases include.

They will cut to the size of your case in the store and it's worth taking time to cut out neatly to the shape of the firearms and accessories.
