I currently use a "safari" sling for hunting.
But thinking of trying one of these single point slings.
Can you fit these to a rifle with a classic stock? Nothing obvious comes to mind.

That's what I use. My modern hunting rifles all have pistol grips and chassis which make attachment easy, but I also use them on old-school rifles. I use paracord to fabricate an attachment point, but big cable-ties are good too. I don't have one set up right now to get a photo, but it's basically a loop around the forend and a loop around the pistol grip with a length of cord between the two along the left side to attach the sling to. I did it with the SMLE when I was practicing last year but can't find any pics of it just now.
